Carmen (Specialty Sweet) - notably sweet, best tasting Italian frying pepper. Excellent roasted, grilled, and in salad. Green to deep-red. Olympus - large, flavorful green to bright red bell peppers. Escamillo (Specialty Sweet) - Italian, yellow fruit with intoxicating sweetness. Delicious any way it is prepared, but traditionally used for frying.
